Mary Elizabeth Kurtz

Mary Elizabeth Kurtz, 68 of Henderson, KY passed away August 11, 2017 at Methodist Hospital. She was born March 20, 1949 in Henderson to George William and Sally Ann Kurtz.  She was a member of Airline Baptist Church. Mary was preceded by her parents and 1 brother; Oscar Kurtz. She is survived by 4 children; Carla Smith of Waverly, Douglas Yates of Tell City, IN, James Yates of Henderson, KY, Grace Stone of Waverly, KY, 2 sisters; Diane Kurtz of Morganfield and Sue Kurtz of Henderson, KY, 1 brother; Steven Kurtz of Henderson, KY, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Visitation will be 5:00 PM-8:00 PM, Wednesday and 8:00 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.  Deacon Lingerfelt will officiate.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Warehouse of Worship, 652 Short 7th St., Henderson, KY 42420.  Online condolence may be made at www.tomblinsonfuneralhome.com.
