Mason Lee Long

Mason Lee Long, 76 of Henderson, KY passed away at 5:30 AM Saturday December 27, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson. He was born in Richmond, KY on November 20, 1938 to the late Charles Daniel and Marie Annie (Denney) Long. He was a boilermaker and had worked for Pittsburg Tank and Tower for over 40 years. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parent he was preceded in death by his wife; Lucille Long and one sister. He is survived by 2 sons; Danny Long and wife Paula of Baskett, KY Donald “Bully” Long of Spottsville, KY 1 sister; Frances Wagers of Richmond, KY 4 Brothers; Franklin Long of Henderson, KY Charles Long of Richmond, KY Shirley Long of Lawrenceburg, KY Glyndon “Hippie” Long of Henderson, KY 3 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday December 30, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be in Baskett Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
