Maxey Leon Cox, Sr. 64 of Henderson, KY passed away at 2:03 AM Sunday May 3, 2015 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson, KY. He was born in Bowling Green, KY on August 11, 1950 to the late Wendell Leon and Opal Ann (Gaddis) Cox. He was a member of Union Holiness Church and attended Living Faith Tabernacle. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son: Maxey Cox, Jr. He is survived by his wife; Christine Cox 3 children; Jimmy Cox, Sr Sylvia Patterson Misty Cox All of Henderon 6 Grandchildren Services will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday May 6, 2015 at Union Holiness Church. Rev. Mark Carter will officiate. Burial will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday at Carter Cemetery in Spottsville, KY. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at Union Holiness Church.
