Mildred Elaine (Blue) Forker

Mildred Elaine (Blue) Forker, 80, of Sebree, passed away Wednesday February 17, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital.  She was born in Slaughters on March 3, 1940 to the late Lynn Braser and Lola Rachel (Carver) Blue.  Mildred was a homemaker and member of the Lyons Club of Sebree.  She was an avid UK Basketball fan and loved bird watching and mowing her yard.  Her favorite pastime was cooking and taking care of her family.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Forker in 1998, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors include 3 children; Robert Forker (Cheryl), Debbie Leslie (Mike) all of Sebree, Deon Forker (Mona) of Madisonville, 1 brother Hugh David Blue of Madisonville, 1 sister Eloise Major of Slaughters, 8 grandchildren; Kale Forker (Dawn), Kevin Forker (Brandi), Kassie Townsend (Todd), Holly Cardwell (Shea), Megan Brown (Jeremy), Avery Forker, Bailey Jo Forker, Chloe Forker, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, February 22, 2021 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel with Bro. Robert Forker officiating.  Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 1-6 PM and Monday 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Kale Forker, Kevin Forker, Jeremy Brown, Shea Cardwell, Todd Townsend and Avery Forker.
