Morris Earl Turner

Morris Turner, 70 of Henderson passed away 6:50 AM Sunday December 18, 2011at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree. He was born October 17, 1941 in Henderson, KY to Elbert Turner and Beatrice (Rideout) Winget. He had worked 40 years at Gibbs Die Casting where he was a plant manager. He was preceded in death by his father Elbert Turner and grandmother Minnie Turner. He is survived by his wife Vivian Turner of Henderson Mother Beatrice (Rideout) Winget of Ft. Stockton, TX 3 children: Lori (Turner) and husband Donnie Craig of Robards Ricky and wife Julie Turner of Henderson Tammy (Turner) and husband Jeff Brewster of Evansville 2 sisters: Bettie Smith of Ft. Stockton, TX Jean Winget of Pecos, TX 3 grandchildren: Danielle Skaggs, Danielle “Elli” Turner and Hayden Morris Turner 2 great grandchildren: Bobby Zaine Riley and Briceon Kannon Morris Riley. Several Nieces and Nephews Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday December 22 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Bro. Bob Hardison will officiate. Visitation will be 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday December 21 and 9 AM until service time Thursday December 22 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
