Norma Lee Carver

Norma Lee (Melton) Carver, 79, of Onton passed away 8:11 AM Monday November 29, 2010 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was born to D.H. and Elizabeth (Nance) Melton in Onton, KY. She was a member of Onton United Methodist Church, and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Perry Carver, son Paul Carver, 3 brothers: Mahlon Melton, Herman Melton, and Ralph Melton, and 2 sisters Elizabeth Melton, and Marlene Melton. She is survived by 1 son Bobby Carver of Maunie, IL. 1 sister Frances Nix of Madisonville, KY 1 brother Harold Melton of Onton, KY 3 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren, 4 step great-great-grandchildren. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 2, 2010 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. Burial will be in the Onton Cemetery in Onton, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday December 1, 2010 from 4-8 PM and Thursday December 2 from 9 AM-1 PM at the Funeral Home.
