Ora Louise Rogers

Ora Louise Rogers, 75, of Henderson, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Madisonville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 22, 1945 to the late Roy S. Piper and Mae (Mayville) Chapple. She loved being in church and was a member of United Church of the Nazarene in Henderson. She enjoyed fishing and being outside and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Dale McKinney; stepfather, Elmer Chapple; brothers, Roy Piper and Marion Chapple; and three step grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Frank Rogers; four daughters, Kathy Higgs of Smith Mills, Cindy Renfrow (Tony) of Morgantown, Lisa Shaw (Paul) of Nicholasville, KY, and Jacquline Siseo of Arkansas; sons, Raymond McKinney of Henderson, Kenny McKinney of Kentucky, Glenn McKinney of Princeton, KY, Larry McKinney of Morganfield, Johnny McKinney of Morganfield, and Daniel Rogers of Madisonville; two sisters, Edna Rigdon of Madisonville and Georgia Francis of Henderson; 29 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Burial will follow at Smith Mills Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 23 from 4-8 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 24 from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour, both at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Aaron Nally, Jeffery Shelton, Raymond McKinney, Jason Phelps, Matthew Fulcher, and Johnny McKinney.
