Patrick Kennedy Purdy

Patrick Kennedy Purdy, 43 of Madisonville, Ky passed away at his home Thursday. He was born March 12, 1969 in Springfield, MA to Rita (Santacrose) Purdy and the late Raymond Martin Purdy. He was employed at Walmart in Madisonville where he had many friends. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sports and was an avid Red Sox fan. He was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his mother; Rita Purdy of Hendersonville, NC Sister; Kathy Purdy-Hagstrom and husband Eric of Hendersonville, NC Brother; John Purdy and wife Debbie of Madisonville, KY Nieces and nephews Services will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday January 3, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ The King Catholic School in Madisonville.
