Paul Wayne Fredrick

November 8, 1944 — February 22, 2026

Paul Wayne Fredrick, age 81, who departed this life on February 22, 2026, at Lucy Smith King Care Center, surrounded by his devoted family. Paul was born on November 8, 1944, in Madisonville, Kentucky, to the late Cleburn and Ruby (Coffman) Fredrick.

A retired employee of Gibbs Diecasting, Paul was known for setting a remarkable record with the Casting Press during his tenure. He was a dedicated member of Haven Pentecostal Church, where he found solace and strength in his faith.

Paul had a passion for music, particularly playing the guitar. He cherished the moments spent playing for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who would gather on his lap, sharing laughter and love. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, and he was particularly devoted to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating lasting memories that will be treasured by all.

In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his infant daughter, Roma Lee Fredrick, and his sister, Joyce Mattingly. He leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years, Brenda (Westerman) Fredrick; his children, John Fredrick (Tonya), James Fredrick, Jenny Fredrick, and Mary Elizabeth Fredrick; along with 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who will carry on his legacy of love and kindness.

Memorial services will be held in reverence on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Haven Pentecostal Church, with Rev. Phil Wagoner officiating. Visitation will take place from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the church.
