Paul Edward Payne

Paul Edward Buddy Payne, 88, died March 20, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. He was born on April 21, 1927. He was a WW II Veteran and had worked in the coal mines for many years. Preceded in death by his parents Issiac and Mary Ruth (Price) Payne and his wife Agnes Louise Farmer. Survivors include: 2 daughters: Carolyn Moore of Evansville, IN. Brenda Blake of Dixon KY Son: Harold Farmer of Henderson, KY. 7 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren. Graveside Service will be Friday at 1 PM at Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole. Military Rites will be conducted by American Legion Worshan Post 40 Honor Guard. Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree is handling arrangements.
