Phyllis Ann Boldry

Phyllis Ann (Shelton) Boldry, 80, of Henderson, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was born in Henderson on March 11, 1943 to the late Robert and Dorothy Gladys (Nally) Shelton.

Phyllis was a beautician and worked at Alcoa in finishing. She was a member of Corydon Missionary Baptist Church and, in her younger years, was a fabulous roller-skater. She was a special person who took care of everyone and loved to talk.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Shelton and Donald Shelton and sisters, Barbara Sue Crook and Larraine Embrey.

Survivors include her son, Michael Boldry; grandson, Taylor Shelton; three grandchildren, Cayden Shelton, Liam Shelton, and Tripp Shelton; cousins, nieces, nephews, and brother-in-law, Tommy Embrey.

Private burial will be scheduled at a later date.

Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
