Phyllis J Duncan

Phyllis J. Duncan, 82, of Henderson, KY, passed away Friday, June 13, 2025, at home peacefully surrounded by family.

Phyllis was born in Henderson, KY to the late William and Mamie Horn. She worked for over 20 years at Accuride. She enjoyed spending time with family and her dog, “Dallas”.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Duncan, Sr; grandson, Derrick Graham; children, Lisa K Morris, infant, Barbra D Duncan, and James E Duncan, Jr.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Walker; siblings, Brenda Cates, Ronnie Chaffin (Carol), Roger Chaffin; six grandchildren, Melissa Vinson, Christopher Walker, Jennifer Croft (Timmy), Chad Abbott, Scotty Duncan, and Jeff Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with Bert Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
