Phyllis Ann Kavanaugh

Phyllis Ann Kavanaugh, 77, of Cairo, passed away Sunday December 23, 2018 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Henderson on May 3, 1941 to the late Thomas Woodrow and Mary (Gilmore) Walker. Phyllis was a member of Cairo Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James D. Kavanaugh. Survivors include her daughter Tammy Phillips and husband Keith of Cairo, 2 grandchildren Lindsay Larue and husband Charles, Ashley Phillips and 1 great-grandchild Preston Larue. Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday December 28, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Bro. Rick O’Daniel will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be Thursday 4-8PM and Friday 9AM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
