Phyllis Jane Moore 73, of Henderson passed away Saturday April 1, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.
Phyllis was born in Hopkins County to the late Lonnie Back and Gloria Long.
She enjoyed Sewing and Crocheting.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Rhonda Blair.
Phyllis is survived by her son Christopher Clark; her brothers Richard Hannebauer (Karen) and Keith Durbin; her fur baby Harley and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service held at a later date.
