Phyllis "Sister" Culver

Phyllis “Sister” Culver 80 of Henderson passed away Sunday August 9, 2015 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. She was born in Henderson, KY on October 27, 1934 to the late Clarence and Lila (Stone) Rideout. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, twin daughters, 4 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her children; Debbie Gross and husband Donald of Henderson, KY Steve Keister and companion Sharon Kamuf of Stanley, KY Phyllis Hernandez and companion Ricky Ragar of Henderson, KY Granddaughter; Nikki Culver (raised by Phyllis) Sister; Jean Garrett of Henderson, KY 16 Grandchildren 17 Great Grandchildren 3 Great Great Grandchildren Nieces, Nephews and cousins. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday August 13, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Thornton Stanley and Rev. J.W. Haire will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 and Thursday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Josh Keister, Bryan Beck, David Fitzgerrel, Daniel Fitzgerrel, David Garrett and Sammy Rideout.
