Polly "Binky" A. Crooks

Polly A. (Morris) “Binky” Crooks, 66 of Little Dixie passed away on January 10, 2013 at Jewish Memorial Hospital in Louisville. She was born August 28, 1946 in Roswell, New Mexico to Russell P. Morris, Jr. and Ruth (Townsend) Morris. She was a member of Dixie United Methodist Church for 45 years. She loved her family, flowers, gardening and birds. She was preceded in death by her father: Russell P. Morris, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 46 years: Dwight Crooks Mother: Ruth Morris of Massachusetts One daughter: Kim and her husband Scott Oberlander of Massachusetts One son: Todd Crooks of Henderson Three brothers: Rick Morris of Massachusetts Craig Morris of Massachusetts Derek Morris of Massachusetts One sister: Nancy Robertson of Massachusetts Six grandchildren: Katie Crooks of Corydon Roni Crooks of Corydon Taylor Crooks of Corydon Chelsea Oberlander of Massachusetts Chad Oberlander of Massachusetts Mia Oberlander of Massachusetts Two great grandsons: Bryson Sauer and Pearson Schofield Memorial service will be noon Wednesday, January 16 at Dixie United Methodist Church in Little Dixie. Rev. Wayne Nichols will officiate. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to: Jewish Memorial Hospital, The Heart Association or Dixie United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be provided.
