Rachel Evelyn Muncie

Rachel Evelyn Muncie, 66, of Henderson, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at home. She was born in Morganfield, Ky. on September 23, 1955 to the late Charles William and Helen Delores (McIntosh) Bevins. Rachel loved traveling, going on country rides, and reading. She loved spending time with her family and watching old spooky movies and classic TV shows. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two granddaughters and her brother, Neil Sisk. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Rex Muncie; children, Michelle Gunn (Pete) of Norfolk, Va., Tamara Mullen (Danny) of Statesboro, Ga., Billy Mills of Henderson, Melissa Sutton (Brandon) of Henderson, Heather Hathorn (Miles) of Owensboro, and Victoria Muncie of Garden City, Mich.; brother, Jerry Bevins (Joyce) of Sturgis, Ky.; sisters-in-law, Kathy Marchand of Cannelton, Ind. and Teresa Cooper of Lynnville, Ind.; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 27 at Tomblinson Funeral Home with Jerry Bevins officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time on Monday, December 27. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Animal Rescue in Henderson.
