Richard Allen Marshall

Richard Allen Marshall, 52, of Tampa, Florida, formerly of Henderson passed away Wednesday March 15, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Henderson County on July 30, 1964 to Larry Marshall and Charlene (Kellen). Richard was a member of Hyland Baptist Church in Henderson. He appeared in "A League of Their Own", when it was filmed in Henderson, he enjoyed traveling and loved anything Disney. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his aunt Phyllis Marshall. Survivors include his Mother Charlene Staples and husband William C. of Robards, 2 brothers James Anthony McCauley of Henderson, William R. Staples and wife April of North Carolina, 1 sister Tamala Puttman and husband Jeff of Henderson, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday March 24, 2017 from 4-8PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Burial will be private. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
