Richard Leon Rigdon

Richard Leon Rigdon, 70 of Henderson, KY passed away Wednesday June 23, 2021 at Deaconess Henderson Hospital. He was born in Mt. Vernon, IN on November 27, 1950 to the late George Richard and Ida Ardenia (Holland) Rigdon. He was a farmer and had worked at Double A Farms and Watkins Farms. He loved his garden. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son; Franklin Leon Rigdon, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by his companion; Nancy Rigdon, 2 children; George Rigdon and Kristie Ewan Rigdon both of Henderson, 4 step children; Brandy Chambers, Mary Sutton and Michael Hobbs, Amos Nelson, 4 grandchildren; Brittany Rigdon, Lexus Rigdon, Corbin Richards, Morgan Ewan and several great grandchildren. Services will be held at 6:00 PM Monday June 28 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.Gerald Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be Monday from 3:30 until service time at the funeral home.
