Robert C. Rowland

Robert Clay Rowland, 79 of Henderson passed away November 3, 2024, at his home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.

He was born January 31,1945 in Henderson, KY to the late Robert L. and Lottie Rowland.

He retired from Big Rivers Electric. Robert was a member of Zion Baptist Church, former member of Hyland Baptist where he served as a deacon.  Robert graduated from Murray State University.

Robert is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janice Rowland; three children, Beth Podsedly (Jeff) of Lexington, KY, Kerri Neff of Lexington, KY and Bart Rowland (Kristy) of Ocala, FL.; sister, Judy Rowland Groves (Butch) of Henderson; six grandchildren, Anna Clay Rowland, Sally Rowland, Harrison Neff, Jack Podsedly, John Podsedly and Elliot Neff and nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be11:00 AM, Monday, November 11, 2024, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Rev. Alan Witham officiating.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, Sunday, November 10 and 9:00 AM until service time Monday, November 11 at the funeral home.
