Rodney Coltan Oliver, 20, of Smith Mills, KY passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at his home. Mr. Oliver was born September 8, 1998 in Henderson, KY to Rodney and the late Michelle Oliver. He is survived by his father, Rodney Oliver of Smith Mills, KY; one sister, Jacey Oliver of Morganfield, KY; one brother, Wes Oliver of Smith Mills, KY and his grandmother, Johnny Powell of Henderson, KY and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
