Ronald W. Blake, Jr. 36, of Sebree, KY passed away at 2:12 PM Monday March 21, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He worked on the potline at Alcan Aluminum in Robards and was a former employee of Gibbs Die Cast in Henderson. He was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church in Sebree. He was preceded in death by twin infant sisters. He is survived by his wife; Angie (Sallee) Blake of Sebree, KY two children; Keegan and Kasidi Blake both of home his parents: Ronnie and Brenda Blake of Dixon, KY mother and father-in-law: Art and Alice Sallee of Sebree, KY brothers: Nathaniel (Shannon) Blake of Dixon, KY Jeremy (Kayla) Blake of Dixon, KY Sister: Tuesday Blake of Dixon, KY Grandfather: Paul Payne of Cairo, KY Brother-in-law: Richie (Jeni) Sallee of Onton, KY 6 nieces and 2 nephews Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday March 24, 2011 at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Sebree, KY. Bro Eddie Berry will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel and Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Blake, Jeremy Blake, J.R. Glenn, Jody Darnell, Brian West, Billy Joe Lee, J.J. Alstadt, and Bill Lucas. Memorial contributions may be made to Keegan and Kasidi Blake scholarship fund, c/o Integra Bank.
