Ronnie "Pete" Springer

Ronnie “Pete” Springer, 83, of Poole, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at his cherished home. Born in Tillden, Kentucky, Ronnie was the beloved son of the late Marion and Estelle (Higginson) Springer.

A member of the Poole Church of Christ, Ronnie's professional journey spanned over 40 years at Whirlpool, where he served as a Skilled Tradesman Carpenter until his well-deserved retirement.

Ronnie found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending his days woodworking, tending to his garden, and reveling in the beauty of the outdoors. He especially loved taking care of his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jenny Springer Revlett, his sister Sue Major, and his infant sister, Judy Springer.

Ronnie leaves behind a legacy of love and memories cherished by his devoted wife of 57 years, Patty Springer; his daughter, Jill Springer; siblings Gerry Springer (Janie), Lana Steele (Dennis), and Mitchell Springer (Joy); as well as his grandsons, Gunner Revlett (Kiara) and Brandon Revlett and his nieces and nephews.

A graveside service to honor Ronnie's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole. Prior to the service, friends and family are invited to pay their respects during visitation hours from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.
