Rose Mary Crooks

Rose Mary Crooks, 73, of Henderson, passed away peacefully Friday, June 19, 2026, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital.

Rose Mary was born in Morganfield, Kentucky, to the late Kenneth Arton Crooks and Gertie Lee (Hicks) Crooks.

She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church and was a homemaker. Rose Mary enjoyed reading, cooking, and baking; especially, making cupcakes for her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Lee Henshaw.

Rose Mary is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo (Crooks) Jewell; her brother, Kenneth Allen Crooks; her grandsons, Zachary Jewell, Alex Jewell, and Matthew Jewell; and one great-grandson.

A private graveside service for the immediate family will be held at a later date at St. Louis Cemetery.
