Ruth Elizabeth (Daniel) Woods, 82 of Ortiz, KY died 12:20 PM Saturday March 17, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was born in Henderson, KY on April 12, 1929 to the late William Henderson and Nannie Belle (Wall) Daniel. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; David Ray Woods, 2 sisters; Shirley Daniel and Sharon Williams, 2 brothers; Buddy Daniel and Jerry Daniel. She was survived by two sons: Glenn and wife Rhoneta Woods of Ortiz, KY Terry and wife Kathy Woods of Slaughters, KY One daughter: Sandy Perrin of Barrow, AK Three brothers: John and wife Jane Daniel of Sebree, KY Jimmy and wife Frances Daniel of Sebree, KY Joe and wife Ninh Daniel of Dale City, VA Seven grandchildren: Melissa Barr, Brandy Woods, Jaime Brantley, Karie Lester, Seth Perrin, Katie Tate and Klay Woods. Ten great grandchildren: Kelsey Woods, Paige Woods, Heidi Woods, Brody Woods, Michael Barr, Stephen Barr, Leah Barr, Bailey Brantley, Ryan Woods and Zack Lester. Service will be Wednesday 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Bro Rudy Moser, Rev. Bill Anderson and Rev. Ronnie Young will officiate Burial will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery . Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Wednesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brandy Woods, Seth Perrin, Klay Woods, Jeremy Tate, Scotty Lester, Kevin Doone and Melissa Barr.
