Samantha Jo (Hallmark) Hammack, 31 of Henderson passed away Saturday January 12, 2013 at her residence. She was born July 9, 1981in Henderson to James Louis Hallmark and Mary Ellen (Driskell) Croft. She attended New Beginning Church and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father James Louis Hallmark Paternal Grandparents Jessie and Lois Hallmark Maternal Grandfather Pete Driskell Aunt Barbara Groves She is survived by her husband: Jeremy Wayne Hammack of Madisonville Mother and stepfather: Mary Ellen and Charles Croft of Henderson Maternal Grandmother: Shirley Driskell of Henderson One son: William Ray Norris of Sturgis Stepson: Jaden Hammack of Madisonville One daughter: Kaylee Everly of Henderson Stepdaughter: Jordan Hammack of Madisonville Eight sisters: Sherri and her husband Robert Burns Stacey and her husband Demetrius Chester Diann and her husband Dean Nunnelly Melinda Allen Kristia Simpson all of Henderson Lisa Roy and her husband Lynn Roy of Uniontown Lori Croft of Waverly Four brothers: Wayne and his wife Cindy Croft of Henderson Gary and his wife Anita Croft of Uniontown Kevin Matthews Keith Matthews both of Evansville Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday January 16 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Don Haire, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemeteryin Reed, KY. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Tuesday and 10:00 AM until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Skyler Chester, Cody Parrish, Malik Chester, Clint Groves, Shane Driskell, Jerry Croft, Casey Grey and D.J. Nunnelly.
