Sammie Earl Foe

Sammie Earl Foe, 79, of Henderson, KY, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. Mr. Foe was born September 11, 1939 in Sturgis, KY to the late Harry and Mary Foe.  He retired as a heavy equipment operator. In addition to his parents, Mr. Foe was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters. Sammie is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Peggy Foe of Henderson; four daughters, Susan Turner of New Mexico, Cathy Prow of Clay, Christina Foe of Henderson, Doreen Foe of Henderson; five grandchildren, Jeffery Menser of Henderson, Brian Vaughn of Henderson, Amanda Black of Henderson, Lindsey Wallace of Evansville, IN, Samantha Piper of Henderson; twelve great grandchildren, Zackery, Hailey, Landon,  Aayden, Sara, Tristan, Christian, Clayton, Graci, Madilyn, Logan and Kinley. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 25, 2018, 11:00 AM at New Life Baptist Church in Cairo, KY with Bro. Randy Durham officiating.  Burial will follow in the Ilsley Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, October, 24, 2018 4:00-8:00 PM at the church and Thursday, October 25, 2018, 9:00-11:00 AM. Tomblinson Funeral Home of Henderson is entrusted with arrangements.
