Samuel Douglas Fulcher

Samuel Douglas Fulcher, 55 of Henderson passed away at his residence April 21, 2018 under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. He was born November 16, 1962 in Henderson to Nelson and Barbara Ann Fulcher.He was a laborer for the Local 561 and of the Baptist faith. Samuel was preceded in death by his father; Nelson Fulcher and granddaughter; Kiley Crowley. He is survived by his wife; Terri Fulcher of Henderson, mother; Barbara Fulcher of Henderson, 4 children; Isaac Fulcher (Melissa) of Sebree, Steven Fulcher (Chelsie) of Corydon, Tony Hall of Henderson, Lacey Crowley (Chris) of Henderson, 2 sisters; Diane Fulcher of Henderson, Debbie Wagoner of Sebree, Mother in law; Beverly Burris, 12 grandchildren; Gracie, Cheyann, Aydan, Preston, Cassidy, Liam, Brayden, Braelynn, Khloe, Presley and Tatum, Beckham. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Pastor Nathan Whisnant will officiate.  Burial will be in Eakins-Gish Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM and Wednesday, 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. The family request that everyone wear UK shirts to the service.
