Sanford “Stan” Ray Wallace, 75 of Sebree, KY passed away Monday November 8, 2010, near Evansville, IN as the result of an auto accident. He was born in Maple, OK April 25, 1935 to the late Lester and Edna (Torbett) Wallace. Stan was retired from Hoosier Energy-Merom Generating station and was former plant manager of Big Rivers Electric and had worked at Associated Electric Cooperative in Marston, MO. He was preceded in death by his wife Wanda (Gregory) Wallace, 3 brothers; Bobby Don, Dale and Harold Dean Wallace. He is survived by a daughter Belinda and husband Kenny Wright of Sebree, KY 2 Sons Barry and wife Shari Wallace of Sikeston, Mo John and wife Tamie Wallace of Sebree, KY 3 sisters: Berniece Osburn of Independence, MO Joan Thompson of Locust Grove, OK Mildred Seratt of Tahlequah, OK 3 brothers: Lester Wallace Jr. of Wagoner, OK Wayne Wallace of Blue Springs, MO Herbert Wallace of Terra Bella, CA 13 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren Several nieces and nephews Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday November 13 at Sebree First Baptist Church in Sebree, KY. Bro. William Marshall and Dr. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Friday November 12 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel and 9 AM until service time Saturday at the church. Pallbearers will be Donnie Meuth, Charles Pennington, Jim Guess, Sonny Bevins, Chris Meuth and Arnold Griffee. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 156, Sebree, KY 42455.
