Sara H Middleton

Sara Don (Henry) Middleton, 88 of Kuttawa, Kentucky formerly of Henderson passed away April 27, 2023, at Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was born December 17, 1934, in Hickman, Kentucky to the late Don and Sarah Henry.

She had attended First Christian Church in Hickman. She had been an elementary school teacher for thirty years. Sara was a graduate of UK and loved watching UK basketball and football. She loved living at Lake Barkley, feeding the birds, reading and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Middleton.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughter, Martina Russelburg (Scott); two grandchildren, Leann Cardwell (Kaylon) and Erin Heistand (Nick); two great grandchildren, Charlotte Cardwell and Karsyn Heistand.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, May 1, 2023, at Hickman City Cemetery in Hickman, Kentucky.
