Scotty Dale Sorrells

Scotty Sorrells left this world on July 20, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on November 10, 1966, Scotty was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him.

Scotty was the cherished son of Georgia (Donnetta) Sorrells and Loren (Greasy) Sorrells, both of whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his devoted wife, Karla Sorrells, who stood by his side through thick and thin, and together they created a loving home filled with laughter and joy.

As a proud father, Scotty found immense joy in his two children, Amber (Bo) Veach and Winter (Josh) Hardin. He was a guiding light in their lives, always encouraging them to pursue their dreams and instilling in them the values of hard work and compassion. His legacy continues through his five beloved grandchildren: Cadence, Kyler, Braxton, Cole, and Cambryn, who brought him endless happiness and pride.

As we remember Scotty, let us celebrate the love he shared and the memories he created. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, reminding us all to cherish each moment and to love fiercely.

Funeral sercices will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, 3:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM.
