Shannon Holder

Shannon Holder, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and esteemed member of her community, passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on February 15, 1942, Shannon lived a life filled with love, laughter, and dedicated service to those around her.

A proud Kentucky Colonel, Shannon dedicated her career to Whirlpool, where she retired after many years of committed service. Her contributions extended beyond her professional life, as she was a cherished friend and mentor to many in her community. Shannon's warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is remembered fondly for her loving nature and the countless ways she touched lives. Shannon was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Herman Holder, her parents Woodrow and Viola Bugg, her sons Terry Snodgras and Curtis Snodgrass and her brothers, Johnny Bugg and Woodrow Bugg Jr. and her sisters, Brenda, Leola, Shirley, and Grace.

Shannon is survived by her loving nieces and nephews, who will carry on her legacy of compassion and generosity.

A funeral service will be held on August 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, with visitation taking place at the same location from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Brother Paul Davis will officiate the service, honoring Shannon's remarkable life and the love she shared with all. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in a place of peace at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
