Sharon G. Gossett

Sharon G. Gossett, 65, of Henderson passed away September 30, 2015 at St. Anthony’s Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born December 8, 1949 in Henderson to Robert O. and Betty Jo (Williams) Koonce. Sharon was a hairdresser and a gifted artist. She enjoyed crafting, sewing and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Chester Gossett 4 daughters: Debbie Smith of Henderson Barbie Watson of Henderson Cindy Gossett of Philadelphia, PA Jaquia Stacy of Indianapolis, IN 3 sisters: Sandy Jones of Henderson Sheila Caldwell of Gainesville, FL Shirley Harmon of Sebree 2 brothers: Bobby Koonce of Evansville, IN Eddie Koonce of Henderson 11 grandchildren Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Gary Shoulders will officiate. Friends may call after 10:00 AM until service time Monday at the funeral home. Expression of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
