Shelby Jeanne McElyea, 55 of Henderson passed away Monday April 6, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was a beautician and attended Dayspring Church of God. She loved Facebook and crochet and was a loving Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Ruth (Johnston) Tooley, brother Timothy Louis McElyea, her grandparents and guardians who raised her, Margaret and Vernice Eugene Johnston. Survivors include 2 children: William Chris Baker and wife Mary Katie of Henderson Jeremy Josh Baker and wife Crystal of Henderson Fiance: Harry Wayne Banks of Henderson 1 sister: Brenda Bush and husband Scott of Henderson 1 Brother: Brian Tooley of Henderson 9 Grandchildren father Louis “Mac” McElyea of Lakewood Ranch, Florida Services will be 12:30 PM Thursday April 9, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Pastor Don Johnston will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brandon Bush, William Anthony Baker, Michael Holiday, Jeremy Mullins, Shane Ligon and David Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Ayden Baker and Daniel Baker.
