Shelly Nicole Hayes

Shelly Nicole Hayes, 33, of Henderson, KY, passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, In. Shelly was born in Henderson, KY to Tommy Pirtle and Connie Hayes. She was a Care Giver at Riverview School where she loved taking care of kids. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Shelly was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Lee Pirtle, Jr. In addition to her parents, Shelly is survived by her son, Karsyn Berkley; two brothers, Robby Pirtle (Meagan) and Shawn Pirtle, both of Henderson, KY; nieces, Carolyn Pirtle, Courtney Pirtle and Miranda Pirtle. Funeral services will be Friday, June 17, 2022, 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with Bro. Jeff Burke officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2022, 3:00-7:00 PM and Friday, June 17, 2022, 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
