Sherrie Lee (Stapleton) Rose, 61 of Sturgis, KY passed away Saturday October 29, 2016 at Methodist Hospital of Union County. She was born in Madisonville, KY on December 14, 1954 to the late Lowell and Rose (Dockery) Stapleton. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and attended Union Holiness Church in Henderson, KY In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 1 sister and 1 brother. She is survived by 2 children; Tina Spainhoward of Calhoun, KY William Spainhoward of Sturgis, KY 3 Brothers; Jimmy Stapleton of Baskett, KY Donald Stapleton, Sr. of Henderson, KY Phillip "Rocky" Stapleton of Evansville, IN 5 Grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Services will be held at1:00 PM Friday November 4, 2016 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY. Bro. Hal Branson will officiate Burial will be in in Bethel Cemetery in Hebbardsville, KY Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
