Shirley Bloyd

Shirley Ann (Pritchett) Bloyd, 85, of Sebree, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace.

She was born in Henderson on March 7, 1940 to the late James Pritchett and Lucille (Floyd) Gough.

Shirley worked in retail at Business Equipment and volunteered at Methodist Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ray Lewis; three sisters, Frankie Pruitt, Sondra Embry, and Barbara Gastenveld; and two brothers, Michael Pritchett and Greg Pritchett.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Barron (Pat) of Dixon; son, Troy Lewis of Paducah; brothers, Jim Pritchett (Phyllis), Jeff Pritchett, Chris Pritchett (Susan), Ben Pritchett (Debbie), and Judd Pritchett (Kim); sister, Jennifer Detzer; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Redbanks Colonial Terrace, whose staff became like family to her.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, October 25 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Bro. Jack Ross officiating.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday, October 25 from 10 a.m. until service time.

Burial will be at 11 a.m., Monday, October 27 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
