Shirley Ann (Forker) Sugg

Shirley Ann (Forker) Sugg, 79 of Sebree passed away May 15, 2020 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace in Sebree, KY. She was born April 25, 1941 in Slaughters, KY to the late Thomas and Mabel Forker.Shirley was a member of Sebree General Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her four sisters, Jewell Foster, Dean Sisk, Loretta Crowley and Helen Tompkins; two brothers, Raymond Forker and William Forker. She is survived by two daughters, Remona Cummings and her husband Terry and Lisa Proctor and her husband Bobby; three sisters, Jonelle Stone, Katherine Hook and Barbara Hibbs; four grandchildren, Pamela Boyken, Terry Cummings, Elizabeth Allen and George Proctor; four great grandchildren. There will be a private service with burial in Onton Cemetery. Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel is handling arrangements.
