Stephen Wayne Parker, 62 of Henderson passed away at Deaconess Hospital 9:41 PM Wednesday October 3, 2012. He was born January 10, 1950 in Henderson, KY to Audie Parker and Maudine (Vance) Huff. He was owner of Parker Custom Homes and an U. S. Army Veteran. He was a member of Bethel Temple and the Home Builders Association. Steve loved to fish and spend time with his grandchildren. He has a heart for missions and had gone to Myanmar for the past five years. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Sue Parker of Henderson 2 daughters: Stephanie Williams and husband Jay of Henderson Leslie Ricketts and husband Derek of Georgetown, KY 2 Step daughters: Rachel Gibson and Kristina Littrell of Henderson 1Step son: Cody Littrell of Henderson 1 sister: Brenda Pullum of Henderson 2 brothers: Alan Parker of Henderson Audie Parker of Henderson 8 Grandchildren: Zach Cowan, Zane Cowan, Zebb Cowan, Cody Ricketts, Hailey Ricketts, Evan Ricketts, Taylor Ricketts and Grayson Gibson. Several nieces and nephews. Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday October 6 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Brother Alan Ramsey and Pastor Dave Schwambach will officiate. Visitation will be 2:00 P. M. – 8:00 P. M. Friday and 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Worsham Post #40 Burial Detail. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Zach Berry, Mark Berry,Mark Bowling, Ron Moore, Mike Recknor and Terry Harmon.
