Steven Roy Adams

Steven Roy Adams, 60 of Henderson, KY passed away at 3:25 AM Saturday August 27, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN. He was born in Henderson, KY on November 21, 1955 to the late Martin Thomas and Geraldine (Carter) Adams. He was a furniture maker for K. I. Lumber. Stevie was an accomplished musician and very skilled bass player. His life centered around his grandson Leland Wee Wee Adams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister; Kimberly Powell and brother Gerald Adams. He had also 3 weeks ago lost his constant companion Biscuit his dog whom he had for 15 years. Steven is survived by his Wife; Momma Jo (Majors) Adams Son; Martin Adams of Evansville, IN Grandson; Leland Wee Wee Adams Brother; Howell Embrey of Killeen, TX Nieces and Nephews Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday Aug. 30 at Union Holiness Church 1515 Roosevelt St. in Henderson. Pastor Mark Carter and Pastor Darrell Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 Until 8:00 at Union Holiness Church and Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
