Steven Ray Gish

Steven Ray Gish, 73, of Henderson, passed away peacefully at his home on January 26, 2025.

Steven was born and raised in Henderson to the late Chester and Wanda (Ray) Gish. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Steven worked as a dedicated member of Laborers Local #561 and was a skilled jack-of-all-trades, with a special talent for concrete work. He approached life with hard work, dedication, and an enduring love for his family, especially his wife, daughter, and his beloved grand dog, Tank.

In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his sisters, Carolyn Sanders and Pam Swearers.

Steven’s memory lives on in the hearts of his devoted wife of 49 years, Cindy Gish; his daughter, Wendy Enlow (Landon); his siblings, David Gish (Shari), Angie Brockmeyer (Tim), Karen Newton, Jonetta Nunn (Ricky), Barbara Binkley, and Linda Gillium; his cherished grand dog, Tank; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation for Steven will be held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.

Steven’s legacy of love, kindness, and hard work will be forever remembered by those who knew him.
