Steven Dale Hazelwood

Steven Dale Hazelwood, 59 of Henderson passed away December 16, 2020 at Lucy Smith King Care Center surrounded by his loving family. Steven was born in Henderson to the late Arnold N. and Martha (Staples) Hazelwood. He was a farmer and enjoyed working alongside his brother in Hebbardsville. Steven loved being outdoor and some of the activities he enjoyed were fishing and arrowhead hunting and he was an avid Louisville Kentucky basketball fan. Steven is survived by his daughters Lindsay Fuchs (Edward) and Christan Shoff (Justin); his siblings Walter Hazelwood (Kathy), Lisa Hatchett (David) and Janet Hazelwood; his grandchildren Skylar, Maddie, Lexie, Jarrick and Alix; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and nephews. Memorial services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Sandy Lee Watkins Park in Henderson. Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
