Susan Yvonne Morgan

Susan Yvonne Morgan, 57, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

Susan was born in Henderson, KY, to the late Phillip William Morgan and Beaulah Handley.

Susan is survived by her 4 children, Brandon Morgan, Phillip Morgan, Omni Whitehouse (Kevin), Shane Morgan; her loving partner of 25 years, Wayne Garnett; 2 grandbabies she lovingly referred to as her lollipops, Eden and Eliza Whitehouse; brother, William Phillip “Bubba” Morgan, and her aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Susan served her community at the Volunteer and Information Center of Henderson before she found her career at the University of Kentucky Extension, where she retired after 17 years. She loved her family, friends, and life to the fullest. She loved to eat, drink, and be merry.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
