Susan "Suzi" Carol Chisholm

Susan Carol Tate Chisholm (Suzi) died on September 27, 2022 at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center in Newburgh, Indiana after an extended illness.

Suzi was preceded in death by her parents, James W. Tate, Sr. and Helen Conley Tate and her brother, James W. Tate, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Chisholm Johnson (Ruston) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, a granddaughter, Cassandra Claire Chisholm of Colorado Springs, CO, and a grandson, Alex Mitchell Cohron of Bowling Green, KY.

Suzi was born in Louisville, KY on February 17, 1949 and had travelled extensively with her family as her father, James, was an officer in the US Air Force. She had lived in Okinawa and Spain and several duty stations here in the States during her father’s service career.

She attended Western Kentucky University. Suzi was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, adored her grandchildren, and was a devout Christian and member of the Henderson Presbyterian Church. She loved her pets that she adopted over the years, Tipsy, Jake, and Raider were her spoiled pups!
