Texal Esau Spears

Texal Esau Spears, 86 of Ashbyburg, KY passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at his home. He was born in Ashbyburg on February 19, 1931 to the late John Thomas Spears and Polly McCormick Spears. He was a retired carpenter, and a Korean War Veteran serving 14 years in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Joseph Spears and Dual Spears. He is survived by; Wife of 64 years, Hazel Burden Spears of Ashbyburg, KY Children, Thomas (Shelia) Spears of Madisonville, KY Angela "Angie" Clayton of Madisonville, KY Sister, Carletta Troutman of Calhoun, KY Brother, Ben Spears of Madisonville, KY 5 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree. Reverend Ron Hampton will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12 pm until service time. Pallbearers will be Seth Spears, Calvin Spears, Clay Clayton, Jared Troutman, Brian Wilson, and Chad Burgett.
