Thad Horsefield

Thad Horsefield, 75, of Hanson passed away 7:30 PM September 20, 2012 at his home. He was born July 23, 1937 in Hopkins County, KY to the late James A. and Mary (Frazer) Horsefield. He was retired from NAPA autoparts and attended Hanson United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a step-daughter Jenny Rebecca Vanover, 1 sister Jane and her husband Jackie Dickerson of Madisonville, 4 step-grandchildren: Lucas, Isaac, Elizabeth, and Maury, and 3 nephews: Troy Dickerson, Lane Dickerson, and Chris Dickerson and special friend and caregiver Betty Lacey. Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday September 23, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel with Pastor William Moore officiating.. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Hanson. Visitation will be 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Sunday September 23, 2012 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Steve Ashby, Troy Dickerson, Lane Dickerson, Chris Dickerson, Carl Veazey, Darryl Martin, Bob Florida, and Tom Florida.
