Theda Louise Nance

Theda L. (Chamberlain) Nance, 68, passed away at 3:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 18, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edith L. Chamberlain. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James A. Nance of Sebree, KY 2 daughters: Jennifer Nance Dempsey and her husband Tim of Henderson, KY Deborah Nance Hinton and her husband Jerry of Tilden, KY One grandson: Aaron Jennings of Sturgis, KY Her father Ivan Chamberlain of Sebree, KY One sister Freda Oglesby of Sebree, KY Aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion and her bright smile. She had a special place in her heart for animals, wildlife and nature. She was a member of the Calhoun Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Special thanks to the brothers and sisters for their love, friendship and understanding. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Calhoun Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses of Deaconess Hospice. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday September 21, 2008 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Bro. Aaron Cundiff will officiate. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and Sunday from 9:00 A.M.-until service time at the funeral home.
