Thomas E. Ferguson

Thomas E. Ferguson of Spottsville Ky. passed away on Thursday September 6, 2018. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 181 for 56 Years, a volunteer Fireman at Spottsville Fire Department and an avid hunter and fisherman. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Frances and Jeff Ferguson and his half-sister Mildred Thomas. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Brenda (Ross) Ferguson; two daughters, Jana Busby and her husband Scott, Krista Scott; two sons, Kevin E. Ferguson and his fiancé, Misty Damrath, Jeffery Ross Ferguson; siblings, Sue Schmitt and her husband Bill, Robert “Squirrel” Ferguson and his wife Debbie; aunt, Sally Carter; 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday September 10, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Brother Hal Branson and Brother Mike Nunley officiating.  A private burial at Ridgewood Cemetery will be at a later date.  Visitation will be 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM Sunday September  09, 2018 at the Funeral Home and on Monday 10 AM until service time at the Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
