Thomas Earl “Tommy” Horn, 70, of Henderson, Kentucky passed away at 9:08 AM Thursday October 20, 2011 at Redbanks Nursing Home. He was born on December 22, 1940 in Henderson County, Kentucky to Luther and Josie Belle (Ellison) Horn. He worked as an operating engineer at Local 181. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by 3 Brothers: John Horn of Spottsville, KY Jim Horn of Spottsville, KY Gary Horn of Spottsville, KY 2 Sisters: Joyce Powell of Henderson, KY Barbara Powell of Henderson, KY Several nieces and nephews Services will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday October 22, 2011 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. David Simpson will officiate. Visitation will be Friday 3:30 -8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fernwood Cemetery in Henderson, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be B.J Hoffman, Dylan Hoffman, Ray Lacer, Billy Spainhoward, Paul Powell and Teddy Johnson.
