Thomas K Rooney

Thomas K. Rooney, 83 of Henderson, passed away Tuesday December 25, 2018 at Methodist Hospital. He was born in Henderson on January 12, 1935 to the late John and Irene (Beasley) Rooney. He retired after 40 years from Local 561 Laborer’s Union.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Rooney. Survivors include 2 brothers John Rooney and wife Darlene, Larry Rooney and wife Nina, 2 sisters Nona Woosley, Mary Edna Hosaflook and husband Dewitte and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday December 28, 2018 at Smith Mills Cemetery.  Bro. Keith Griffin will officiate. Visitation will be Friday 11AM – 1PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.
